Fixed assets

What a company holds and uses for longer than a year.

Fixed assets cover property, plant and equipment, intangibles such as licences and software, and long-term financial investments. They are the assets that serve the business rather than ones held for quick sale.

Their opposite is current assets — stock, receivables and cash. Together they make total assets. The balance between them separates capital-intensive activities such as power generation from trade and services.

Where this figure comes from

APR's open data publishes only the combined total assets and not its split, so profiles here show this line as “—”.
